Two-step sign-in

Two-step sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…) after your password.

1. Open Two-step sign-in from your name in the top bar (your name ▾ › Two-step sign-in).
2. Scan the QR code with your app (or type the key shown under it).
3. Type the current 6-digit code and press Turn on.
4. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe. Each works once if you lose your phone.

An Owner can require two-step sign-in for everyone in the organization (Settings › Privacy and security). Members without it are asked to set it up before they continue. An Admin or Owner can reset a member's two-step sign-in from Members if they lose their phone.
