Built for small business

1

Invoices with numbers

Invoice numbers, issue and due dates, line items and status — open, partly paid, paid, overdue, written off.

2

The invoice number decides

"INV-2041" in the memo is the strongest match: the payment goes to that invoice first.

3

One payment, several invoices

Applied to the invoices the memo names, otherwise to the oldest open invoice.

4

Partial payments and write-offs

Partly paid invoices stay open; write off a small remainder in one click.

5

Retainers

A monthly retainer as a schedule, side by side with invoices.

6

AR at a glance

AR aging, client statements, invoices paid in a period and unapplied payments.

How it works

1

Add your clients

Upload a spreadsheet — our template has the columns for small business — or paste a list. Each gets an account number.

2

Set up invoices

Apply a ready-made schedule in one click, then adjust amounts and dates.

3

Upload the bank file

CSV, Excel or PDF from your bank. Account numbers, names and memos are matched; AI helps with the rest.

4

Review and report

Accept the matches, then see balances, statements and the reports below.

Questions

What if a client pays two invoices at once?

Name both in the memo and both are paid; otherwise the oldest is paid first.

Can I still send invoices from my accounting software?

Yes — import them as a list with their numbers, or create them here.

What about overpayments?

They show as unapplied payments until the next invoice.
