Terms of service

Effective October 23, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and InfoTilt, Inc., which operates ePayRecon (epayrecon.com).

1. The service

ePayRecon helps organizations match the electronic payments they receive to the people those payments are for. It reads files you upload, suggests matches and lets you confirm them. Suggestions — including any made with AI — can be wrong; you are responsible for checking them before relying on them for billing, accounting or any decision about a person.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password (and your two-factor device) safe, and tell us about any unauthorized use. An organization's Owners decide who belongs to it and in which role, and are responsible for their members' use of the service.

3. Your data

Your organization owns the data it uploads. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to upload it — including information about students, clients and their families — and that doing so complies with the laws and agreements that apply to your organization.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful; don't upload data you have no right to; don't try to access other organizations' data, test our security without permission, overload the service or get around its limits; and don't resell it.

5. Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce charges we will tell Owners at least 30 days before, and you can stop using the service and delete your data before they apply.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give Owners reasonable notice to export their data.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, InfoTilt, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from matches you accepted, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $100.

8. Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your organization from Settings. We may suspend an organization that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and will tell its Owners why where we can.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: contact us.
